Returns and refunds

Every piece in the Japonisme Museum shop is printed to order, only after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a different size or a different colour. Please check the size guide and the product photos before you order.

If something is seriously wrong

If your T-shirt (or another product) arrives in seriously poor quality — for example a badly misprinted design or a major defect — we will gladly accept the return. Please contact us with your order number and photos so that we can make it right.

Customers in Europe: 14 days

If your delivery address is in Europe (the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a refund. Please contact us within those 14 days and we will explain how to send the item back.

Digital postcards

Digital postcards are delivered by email within minutes of payment. Because they are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or refunded. If the download does not work, please contact us and we will send it again.
